We really care about what we do and we’re committed to helping develop the offshore industry, ourselves, and each other, in a fun and supportive environment.

To support these goals, we keep our structure as flat as possible, with a minimal amount of hierarchy, to empower each other on an individual level.

Our culture is what makes Osbit a special place to be, and we work hard to keep our special traditions and routines going.

Whether it’s spending time together every day at our scheduled tea breaks and lunch, or nurturing our friendships outside of work at our Osbit fitness classes, we each commit to supporting a thriving Osbit community.

Our structures and processes are designed to support our culture, with minimal layers and separation to enable individual empowerment. We also run our own knowledge share initiative, named TechTalks, and offer two-way Personal Development Plans (PDPs) to every staff member.
