Ivan Todd joined Osbit in 2020. He has over 20 years of accounting experience in engineering and project-based businesses.

Prior to Osbit, Ivan gained a wealth of experience working in managerial and director roles for multiple engineering businesses, including GE. In his tenure at BEL Valves, Ivan managed and supported the company through a period of rapid growth. During this time, the business size doubled in two years, and profitability increased five-fold in the same period.

Ivan is dedicated to maintaining a diligent and focused approach in our finance activities, and he oversees all aspects of our Finance function and team.

In his journey at Osbit so far, Ivan played a major role in supporting the successful sale of Osbit to Venterra Group. Since then, he has been responsible for significantly expanding our finance team, as well as reviewing, upgrading, and expanding our existing finance systems and processes.
