Osbit company culture celebrated with EIC award win

Osbit, the offshore technology supplier has been bestowed with the Energy Industry Council (EIC) Culture Award at the organisation’s annual awards ceremony for member organisations.

The awards celebrate inspiring success stories and new 2020 winners, with 39 companies competed for 12 categories at the prestigious supply chain awards ceremony, which was held virtually, on Thursday 3rd December.

Three new award categories have been added this year highlighting the vital importance of business leaders being able to pivot quickly and effectively in unprecedented market conditions. These included the Energy Transition Award, a Transformation Award and the Culture Award, for which Osbit was shortlisted and won.

This is not the first award Osbit has won for its company culture, with the company securing a place on The Chronicle’s Best Places to Work 2019 list.

Osbit Joint Managing Director Brendon Hayward, said:

“Our company culture is hugely important at Osbit and we all work very hard as a team to keep it going, particularly this year, which has been especially challenging with our team not being able to meet together face-to-face. We are absolutely delighted to have won this award, which is a great tribute to our team’s efforts in making Osbit a supportive and fun place to be.”
