Build your future with Osbit

Do more, Be more at Osbit

Our team is dedicated to driving the global energy industry forward and we’re proud to design, build, test and commission technology the world has never seen before.

We pride ourselves on thinking and working differently; we empower staff to own what they do, our company structure is flat and free of departments, and our engineers all have the same job title.

If you are passionate about engineering, have a strong understanding of design from first principles and a desire to own technical solutions from concept to delivery, you’d fit in well with us.

A positive, problem-solving attitude is also essential; we are determined to grow and better everything, including our own achievements.

We pay bonuses and provide daily breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Osbit is a challenging, fun journey requiring ambition, talent and grit. Our work can be challenging, and our learning curve is steep, but your decisions have real consequence, you are supported, and you will have a great time along the way.
